Charging infrastructure data

Hocsy uses charging infrastructure data in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/1804 (AFIR), Article 20: Since April 14, 2025, operators of publicly accessible charging points are required to provide static and dynamic data free of charge via the national access point (NAP).

Germany: Mobilithek

The national access point for Germany is the Mobilithek. Operators can publish their charging point data there themselves as a data offering or commission a service provider to do so. Hocsy currently uses the following data offerings:

Austria: E-Control

In Austria, operators report their data to the central charging station register of E-Control.

In the Netherlands, the Nationaal Dataportaal Wegverkeer (NDW) operates the access point: https://opendata.ndw.nu

Slovenia: NAP.si

The National Access Point for Slovenia is NAP.si . CPOs report their data to the access point via OCPI or a REST API.

OpenStreetMap

The map data is provided by OpenStreetMap, which is freely usable under an open license. Fix or report errors in the map data.
